1. Therapeutic Uses
This combination tablet offers multi-modal relief:
– Diclofenac: A non‑steroidal anti‑inflammatory drug (NSAID) effective in relieving pain, inflammation, and associated symptoms of mild to moderate pain.
– Paracetamol: An analgesic and antipyretic agent that helps reduce fever and elevates the pain threshold.
– Serratiopeptidase: A proteolytic enzyme that supports the reduction of inflammation and promotes tissue healing.

Indications include:
– Musculoskeletal pain
– Dental pain
– Headache and migraine
– Joint and back pain
– Menstrual pain
– Ear, nose, and throat pain

– Postoperative swelling

2. Dosage & Administration
– Take the tablet whole with water; do not chew or crush.

– If a dose is missed, take it when remembered—do not double the dose.
