ESOROL 40

Esorol 40 is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) formulation containing Esomeprazole Sodium 40 mg, intended for intravenous administration. It is used for the short-term treatment of acid-related gastrointestinal conditions, particularly when oral administration is not feasible.

Key Features:
Each vial contains Esomeprazole Sodium equivalent to 40 mg of Esomeprazole.
Provides rapid acid suppression and symptom relief.
Sterile lyophilized powder for reconstitution and IV use.

Indications:
Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) with erosive esophagitis
Peptic Ulcer Disease
Prevention of rebleeding in gastric or duodenal ulcers
Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome and other hypersecretory conditions
Prophylaxis of stress ulcers in critically ill patients

Dosage & Administration:
Administered intravenously for 10 to 30 minutes.
Dosage should be determined by the physician based on the severity of the condition.
Suitable for once-daily administration, or as prescribed.
