KAFFI-CL Levodropropizine & Chlorpheniramine Maleate Syrup is a combination medication formulated primarily for the relief of dry cough and associated allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itching, and watery eyes.
Indications:
Dry (non-productive) cough due to colds, allergies, throat irritation, or other respiratory tract irritants.
Relief of allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and throat itching.
Mechanism of Action:
Levodropropizine suppresses the cough reflex by acting on the cough center in the brain, reducing the frequency and intensity of cough.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate alleviates allergy symptoms by blocking histamine receptors, reducing inflammation and irritation in the respiratory tract.
Dosage and Administration:
The syrup is administered orally, with or without food, as directed by a physician.
Dosage is based on age, weight, and severity of symptoms. It is suitable for both adults and children (usually above 2 years), but always follow your doctor’s instructions for dosing.

Precautions:
